I am so disappointed with the sports editor of The Carlisle Independent.I e-mailed a Sports event that my daughter was a part of this summer..Not once, not twice, but 3 times to the sports editor...It was never published... This was an very happy thing that we wanted my hometown to see and never got the chance...Again, it's really disappointing...

I'm sorry to be the only one who feels this way, but why is there so many words spelled wrong in this newspaper every week? Online there are duplicate postings in the Classifieds section of everything! I just don't understand some things that go on with this newspaper.

I really like your new site. The Magies' newspapers were always a thing to look forward for me when I was a kid, and I've been reading the Cabot Star-Herald since the 1960's. I think some improvements could be made, but you're still the Cabot paper. The Leader, as hard as it tries (and it's a fine newspaper), will not be the one that I remember. I hope that Stephens Inc. will improve upon an already great newspaper.

I really like the new look. I am in Sacramento, California, but have family in Cabot and Lonoke, also own property in Cato and plan on moving there soon. I like to watch the local news that you share in your paper. I have been looking for the obituary of Carroll Bates that passed away March 22, 2007 in Cabot, but haven't seen it online.
